Our Admissions Process
Our process is designed to help us get to know your family and ensure WaPrep is the right fit for your child.
Submit Application
Complete your application through our online admissions portal to begin the process.
Campus Tour or Open House (Highly Recommended)
We strongly encourage all prospective families to visit our campus. Attending one of our Open Houses or scheduling a private tour both count toward this step.
Student and Family Interview
A conversation with our admissions team to learn more about your child and share what makes WaPrep unique. Conducted in person, by phone, or via video call.
Admissions Decision
Once all materials are received and reviewed, we will reach out with our decision and next steps for enrollment.

Parent / Guardian Statement
Student Questionnaire and Essay
Report Card and Transcripts (current year and two previous years)
Two Teacher Recommendations
School Administrator Form
Standardized Test Results (ITBS, ISEE, SSAT, Smarter Balanced, or equivalent)
Student and Parent Interview
