Senior Application Updates!
The office of College Advising is proud to share that the senior class has achieved an 100% acceptance rate to U.S. colleges and universities the fourth straight year! 75% of the class of '26 has already committed to their schools of choice, with our most recent committment occurring in early May, when Helios Li accepted a scholarship to Menlo College!
Hey Ms. Mindy: How do you spend your time in the warm months?
Living in the Pacific Northwest offers endless opportunities to
experience the outdoors, and summer is my favorite season because
life seems to slow down just enough to make exploration possible.
Having grown up near the ocean in San Diego, I have always felt
deeply connected to the water. There is something both calming and
inspiring about the ocean — its beauty stretches far beyond what we
can see from the surface. Whether swimming, surfing, kayaking, or
simply being near the water, I always leave feeling refreshed and
grounded. I also enjoy road trips that reconnect me with family,
friends, and the landscapes that make the journey memorable. One
of my favorite destinations is Yosemite Valley, a place that never fails
to remind me how powerful and restorative nature can be.
In recent years, I have taken up golf. While I enjoy the competitive
side of sports like volleyball, golf offers something quieter — time to
reflect, walk, and appreciate small moments of growth and
improvement. More than anything, it keeps me outside, moving, and
connected to the world around me.
