Roger Li brings ten years of teaching and a diverse background across education, technology, and test preparation to Washington Preparatory School. After graduating from college in 2016, Roger pursued his interest in education as a test prep instructor and coding bootcamp instructor in San Francisco while helping co-found More Equal Studios, a virtual reality gaming startup. In 2018, he moved to Beijing, where he taught mathematics, standardized test preparation, and computer science. Roger is passionate about making challenging concepts approachable, building strong problem-solving habits, and connecting with students individually. In his personal life, Roger loves sports, playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, and pickleball while supporting his beloved Arsenal and Utah Jazz. He hopes to instill a similar passion for exercise and teamwork at WA Prep!
